For registering as a Student, a valid, official letter or statement from the Institution where the person is registered as an undergraduate or graduate student must be emailed to email@example.com. The registration fee covers admission to all oral and poster sessions, exhibits, and coffee-breaks. Registration materials will include the Final Program, the Electronic Book of Abstracts, and the electronic book containing edited, full-length articles presented during the Symposium.
To start Registration follow the link below. Once on the registration page, to create an account, click ‘Registration’. If you already have an account, enter your username and password and click ‘Log in’.
To complete registration you must enter your data as required. If you are registering as PTC, your CURP is required. When you are finished, click ‘Save’. You will log in automatically to the Academic Events page.
To register to the event, click on the Registration tab, and select 6ISEBE on ‘Academic event available’. Then select the participant type, and if you require an invoice check the box and fill out the information. Finally, click on ‘Sign up’.
If you want to submit an abstract, go to the ‘Abstract’ tab and click ‘Add abstract’, enter the data and upload your file. For further information and guidelines to submit your abstract click here. To download the abstract template follow this link.
Mexican participants can pay by electronic transfer or a deposit directly on BBVA office with this information:
